Digital files need clear delivery rules.
This policy explains how Crate Widow handles digital download delivery, technical access problems, and refund review requests.
Digital Delivery
Crate Widow products are delivered as digital downloads after payment is confirmed. These packs contain source-record material for chopping and may include intentional grit, noise, artifacts, and imperfect texture. Download links may be short-lived, private, and tied to the order record or Stripe receipt.
Final Sale Baseline
Because digital files can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately, completed digital download purchases are generally final once access has been delivered.
When A Refund May Be Reviewed
Crate Widow may review refund requests for duplicate charges, accidental double purchases, confirmed technical delivery failures, file corruption, or situations where applicable law requires a refund.
When A Refund Is Not Normally Available
Refunds are not normally available because a customer changed their mind, expected different creative results, did not read the product/license terms, or used the pack files after delivery.
Support Process
Send refund or delivery issues to admin@modeos.app. Include the Stripe receipt ID, purchase email, product name, and a short description of the problem.
