These terms cover purchases from the Crate Widow storefront. The pack license remains the controlling document for how sounds may be used in music productions.
Crate Widow sells downloadable source-record sample packs and related digital assets for sample-based production. The material is intentionally textured, imperfect, dusty, and built for chopping rather than presented as polished songs, clean loops, or construction kits.
Payments are processed by Stripe. A completed checkout grants access to the purchased digital pack through a short-lived private download link.
Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, completed digital download orders are generally final unless a duplicate charge, technical delivery failure, or legal requirement applies.
Download links, private files, and purchase sessions may not be shared publicly, resold, scraped, mirrored, or used to bypass the storefront.
Crate Widow may update product pages, pricing, file formats, policies, and release availability as the catalog evolves.
